Our bargain-priced flint cottage is perfectly situated for both the exhilarating sea walks and for exploring the coastal ‘gems’ of North Norfolk. Villages such as Burnham Market, Burnham Overy, Brancaster, Walsingham and Holkham. Situated close to the village pub and opposite a large village green with the river and ducks close by. Our property is also close to tennis courts, a bowling green and a children’s play area. The main bedroom can sleep up to four people and the second will sleep two. We have a kitchen diner and parking too.

Manningham House is comfortably furnished and ideally located in the heart of the peaceful village of Ringstead. The kitchen/diner has an Aga and the two sitting rooms have open fires, one with Sky television and the other an iPod docking station. Upstairs, there are three sizeable double bedrooms, one ensuite, and a single bedroom. From 26 November 2010, one of the double bedrooms will be converted into a twin bedroom. The garden is a great sun trap, perfect for barbecues and in the garage is a full size table tennis table.

The Coach House is a lovely renovation of the original building, built of local Carrstone. Upstairs are two bedrooms, one double and one twin, and family bathroom. Downstairs is a spacious entrance hall leading to two bedrooms, one twin and one double. There is also a downstairs shower room. The kitchen has a useful hatch through to the dining/sitting room which itself is a large room and opens onto the spacious conservatory overlooking the garden.

Willow Barn is a one-bedroom single storey barn conversion (lovingly converted in the traditional Norfolk style), close to the Royal Sandringham Estate and the North Norfolk Coast. Willow Barn is set in it’s own private grounds of one acre. It’s a secluded retreat with easy access to all amenities this lovely part of Norfolk has to offer. Highly recommended.
