9 Mindhams Yard is a traditional fisherman’s cottage situated in a secluded sunny yard, very close to the Wells Quay and town centre. The cottage is well equipped, including: gas range, dish washer, washing machine, Espresso coffee maker, iPod speaker, flat screen TV and DVD player. Modern bathroom with shower. Very comfortable beds, feather and down duvets and pillows.

Albert Cottage was built in 1887 and is a good example of a traditional Norfolk brick and flint cottage, full of character and charm. The Cottage is situated in one of the most desirable parts of the historic, Georgian market town of Holt. ‘Apple Trees’ is a beautiful bungalow located in a quiet residential area of Holt which overlooks the Holt Country Park. The property has recently been completely refurbished and renovated to a high standard. This holiday home is extremely well presented and comfortable. Apple Trees is a short walk from the centre of the Georgian town of Holt and ideally positioned for the coastal resort of Sheringham which is just five miles away. Please note that bedding will be provided but not towels.

A delightful cottage, formerly the gardeners house with the use of a hard tennis court, located in the grounds of Hindringham Hall. Downstairs there is a handbuilt cream painted farmhouse style kitchen with a dining table. The sitting room is cosy, has an open fire and overlooks the garden (with stream). Upstairs is a double and twin bedroom (with ensuite) and a family bathroom. The location is idyllic; quiet and in a country location.

Clee House is an attractive Victorian Cottage in the oldest part of Briston. Briston is a five minute drive from the historic Georgian market town of Holt. The coast at Blakeney is less than a fifteen minute drive and the wonderful beaches at Wells-next-the-sea and Weybourne twenty minutes away. The market town of Aylsham is also within easy reach.
