Our bargain-priced flint cottage is perfectly situated for both the exhilarating sea walks and for exploring the coastal ‘gems’ of North Norfolk. Villages such as Burnham Market, Burnham Overy, Brancaster, Walsingham and Holkham. Situated close to the village pub and opposite a large village green with the river and ducks close by. Our property is also close to tennis courts, a bowling green and a children’s play area. The main bedroom can sleep up to four people and the second will sleep two. We have a kitchen diner and parking too.

9 Mindhams Yard is a traditional fisherman’s cottage situated in a secluded sunny yard, very close to the Wells Quay and town centre. The cottage is well equipped, including: gas range, dish washer, washing machine, Espresso coffee maker, iPod speaker, flat screen TV and DVD player. Modern bathroom with shower. Very comfortable beds, feather and down duvets and pillows.

Alice Cottage is a beautiful, Victorian semi-detached holiday home located on the edge of woodland on the Royal Sandringham Estate. Set in a quiet rural location, our cottage is ideal for nature walks, bird watching and has easy access to the North Norfolk Coast. Alice Cottage has been carefully restored and furnished to the highest standards. There is a large enclosed garden with a decked area for dining al-fresco. Alice Cottage has 1 double bedroom and 2 twin bedrooms. Please contact the owner if you would like to bring a dog during your stay.

‘Apple Trees’ is a beautiful bungalow located in a quiet residential area of Holt which overlooks the Holt Country Park. The property has recently been completely refurbished and renovated to a high standard. This holiday home is extremely well presented and comfortable. Apple Trees is a short walk from the centre of the Georgian town of Holt and ideally positioned for the coastal resort of Sheringham which is just five miles away. Please note that bedding will be provided but not towels.

Beach Folly is in a perfect position for family holidays with stunning sea and river views and a south-facing courtyard garden. The Pavilion Theatre opposite offers a range of entertainment all year round. The safe sandy beach is ideal for bathing, windsurfing, etc. with paddling pool and yacht pond adjacent. On the cliff top there are beautiful lawns, tennis courts, bowling greens, a children's 'Pirate Ship' play area and a trim-trail. Pleasurewood Hills theme park is only 6 miles south. The Broads are very close by.

Beck Cottage is located in a designated area of outstanding beauty and is just a 10 minute walk from the town centre and beaches of Sheringham, a small fishing town on the North Norfolk coast. Beeston Back Common overlooks Beeston Common and the cottage has views of Beeston Hill (known locally as 'Beeston Bump'). Beck Cottage has been completely renovated to a high standard and offers immaculate, comfortable and well equipped holiday accommodation for up to 6 people.

Bluebell Barn is part of a unique development of former farm buildings that have been imaginatively converted with extensive use of local materials.
