The Butterfly Rooms are three self-contained first floor rooms, accessed via an external staircase with balcony and shared hallway. Great views over the village green.

Clee House is an attractive Victorian Cottage in the oldest part of Briston. Briston is a five minute drive from the historic Georgian market town of Holt. The coast at Blakeney is less than a fifteen minute drive and the wonderful beaches at Wells-next-the-sea and Weybourne twenty minutes away. The market town of Aylsham is also within easy reach.

Our barn has a spacious lounge with a kitchen/diner. There are two double bedrooms, one with an en-suite wet room, the other bedroom with its own bathroom - all located on one floor. The property faces East and West with the sun rising on one side of the lounge and setting on the other. This floods the lounge with beautiful natural sun light. Cottage Farm Barns is fitted out to a high standard with contemporary furniture to contrast with the old beams, ensuring complete comfort. Outside are three terraces with garden furniture and a BBQ.
